We ship across Australia, New Zealand and eligible international destinations via Australia Post.

International Shipping
- Orders under $150: Standard shipping takes approximately 8–15 business days, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Orders over $150: Standard shipping is $25.00 for eligible international destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 8–15 business days.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties, VAT, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international parcel is refused due to customs charges and returned to our warehouse, any return-to-sender freight fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the final product refund.
If you enter an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@turosse.com. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If it has already shipped, a $15.00 redelivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned or requires carrier redirection.
Returns & Refunds
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. A $4.95 restocking and warehouse handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact contact@turosse.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a complimentary replacement.
